Good
The location was very good, not far from BTS station and thus easy to take transport to different areas. The room qas big and clean
Slightly worn out and a slight smell of old, humid air from the AC. Water pressure from the shower would sometimes drop remarkably, making it difficult to i.e. wash the hair if you have long hair. The water in the pool qas rather cold, but I guess it's normal in Bangkok pools

Would be happy to return to Hope Land Hotel
Excellent location. A superb room for the price/night. There is a great parking for guests and taxi´s. The gym is perfect, very complete and spacious. Staff is extremely kind and prepared.
The breakfast could be more generous in choices....no jam! No honey! But for the price/night it´s very ok.

AWESOME LOCATION IN SPACIOUS ROOMS BUT REALLY GIVE ME HOPE THAT THIS HOTEL WILL IMPROVE
I loved the size of the room - spacious and comfortable and I especially loved the location of this Hotel - awesome place surrounded by wonderful eateries, shopping and close to transport - nice environment. The pool was pleasant and the general manager was helpful (only him) he made a difference to my stay as he made an effort and heard my issues properly
Where do I begin - give me Hope - Hopeland Hotel - I did not like the decor throughout (personal issue - outdated and lots of artificial flowers and over the top decor and design - personal thing!) The staff were indifferent and the least friendly I experienced in Thailand except for the manager who helped get my water and TV sorted. The water issues were endless - water was lukewarm and it took up to 10 minutes to warm up - the TV only had 1 English channel which was the Japanese English channel (so really everything about the channel was about Japan). The breakfast was in a dark, dinghy looking room with no light and the staff were fake and unpleasant and shouted at guests etc... they sat and watched what people did, chatted to each other or played on their phones and only cleared up tables when people left and only assisted when asked and that was even a bother - worst breakfast staff ever - I saw them treat an older Asian man just terribly. The food was unappealing and badly presented - it did not start you off well at all, I could go on about the disastrous breakfast experiences, but I will stop here - do not include it, go out and get a better breakfast elsewhere. Overall this Hotel needs more TLC and better maintenance.
